Elevating Local Presence for Bigszef Turkish Restaurant

Bigszef, a Turkish restaurant in Warsaw, faced the challenge of limited local visibility despite being established since 2017. Our intervention focused on enhancing brand awareness and engaging the local community through Paid Ads, Social Media Management, and Product Photography services.

The Challenge
Bigszef, a Turkish restaurant situated in the heart of Warsaw, Poland, has been a culinary presence since 2017. Despite their longevity, they faced a challenge in capturing the attention of the local community. The primary goal was to enhance brand awareness and spark interest within the local demographic.
The Solution
To address this, we implemented a comprehensive strategy involving Paid Ads, Social Media Management, and Product Photography services. Taking control of their Instagram account, which initially had around 3500 followers, a mix of fake and organic, we undertook measures to cultivate genuine engagement.
Results
Today, Bigszef boasts an additional 2300+ organic followers, marking a substantial increase in authentic community engagement. By defining a target audience and implementing strategic ad campaigns, the restaurant now enjoys consistently high occupancy levels, catering to both the local and Turkish community.
